Our Mission

The MISSION of the IDAHO COMMERCIAL KITCHEN at the Idaho Innovation Center is to provide an affordable certified kitchen space where food entrepreneurs can safely craft their culinary products as well as receive business support to properly market their food and/or services.

Kitchen Rates

Purchase KITCHEN time options: (Hours Per Month-Expires monthly)

  • 5 HOURS — $200 ($40/HR)
  • 10 HOURS — $350 ($35/HR)
  • 20 HOURS — $600 ($30/HR)
  • 30 HOURS — $600 ($25/HR)
  • 40 HOURS — $800 ($20/HR)
  • Non-Profit — $20/HR

Storage Bin Rentals

  • Large / X-Large — $10/month
  • Small/Medium — $5/month

CLEANING FEE — $50 per occurrence as needed
LATE CHECKOUT FEE — $25/15 minutes

Chef Availability — $20/hour

72 Hour Cancellation Policy

$100 Security Deposit Required ($50 non-refundable)—Refunded 30-60 days after final use
