The MISSION of the IDAHO COMMERCIAL KITCHEN at the Idaho Innovation Center is to provide an affordable certified kitchen space where food entrepreneurs can safely craft their culinary products as well as receive business support to properly market their food and/or services.

Kitchen Rates
Purchase KITCHEN time options: (Hours Per Month-Expires monthly)
- $25 Per Hour if less than 10 hours per month
- $20 per hour if great than 10 hours per month or Non-Profit
Refrigerator / Freezer / Storage Bin Rentals
- Refrigerator shelf–$25/ month
- Freezer Shelf–$50/ month
- Small / Medium Container—$5/ month
- Large/ X-Large Container—$10/ month
CLEANING FEE—$50 per occurrence if needed
72 Hour Cancellation Policy
Chef Availability–$25/hour
$100 Security Deposit Required ($50 non-refundable)—Refunded 30-60 days after final use
Serve Safe / EI Health Department License / Insurance Required (Required prior to use!)
