Building A is the hub of the Innovation Center. The IIC staff member offices are located here. It also houses the largest of our three conference rooms (seats 30 comfortably), which comes complete with whiteboard, motorized screen, and ceiling height projector and is available to all tenants at no cost. Although the conference room is available to non-tenants, a use fee is typically charged, and tenants always have priority. This building has one (1) high bay space and twenty six (26) offices of various sizes including four (4) office suites. All tenants also have access to men and women restrooms, kitchen and lobbies in the building.

Total space in building B is nearly 18,000 square feet. All space is flexible and can be modified to meet the demands of most businesses. The front of building B was recently renovated and is now ready for businesses to move in. There are a total of eleven (11) offices, one (1) large work area and one (1) large suite in the front of building B. The back section of building B is made-up of six (6) high bay spaces with office spaces located inside the bays. All tenants of this building have access to the front lobby, kitchen, men and women restrooms, a handicap accessible restroom and a conference room that can seat ten (10). Access is also granted to the larger conference room in building A.

Communal Space: Individual cubicles set up for one person businesses. Each cubicle includes data connections, power outlets, cubicle walls. Utilities are also included in price. These range in size but are approximately 100 square feet (10ft x 10ft). Perfect for those needing a dedicated business address and frequent access to conference rooms! Building C is ideal for one (1) business or closely related businesses requiring both office and large shop/high bay space. A major renovation on this facility was finished in November 2013. Building C has an open reception/office area and one large private office totaling 650 square feet. The shop area measures 98 feet long by 38 feet wide (3,835 square feet), 12.5-foot ceilings, and has two (2) insulated high lift doors on each end. The shop is heated with two large overhead gas heaters.

Bonneville County Technology Center
The BCTC offers high-end offices, wet labs, and high bay space with over 35,000 square feet in total. The facility boasts nine (9) extremely well appointed and modern high bays, four (4) lab/office spaces, a large reception and lobby area, small kitchen, men and women restrooms and a small conference room.

Yellowstone Food Village
With a central location to dozens of companies and right off the Yellowstone Highway, this large parking lot hosts a number of different food vendors. With high foot traffic, prime location, and beautiful shaded lot with covered picnic tables and gazebo, these spaces fill up fast. We provide electricity and water access.
